Our methodology is creative polarity
Creative polarity is an individual and teamwork approach that leverages interpersonal tension to activate emergent creative properties.
Creative expression reflects each of our unique existences. In this emergence, we find a balance of structure and flow, professionalism and playfulness, responsibility and freedom. We experiment with polarities of the human experience and everything in between.
We activate liberated leaders
Liberated leaders embrace the responsibility of creating deeper connections in their communities, families, and workplaces in which polarization might otherwise result in division. By integrating their polarities, resolving their traumas, and freeing themselves from prescribed identities, these leaders are now embodying and inspiring others to also liberate themselves.
How we engage
STORYTELLING, AUTHENTIC RELATING, & GROWTH-WORK
We use films as transformative tools that serve as catalysts in interactive reflection team practices. Our films illuminate how leadership is a celebration of values in action and demonstrate what it looks and feels like to lead in a polarized world across varying contexts.
